ordered same day delivery. Tracking SW showed package/driver 3 miles away at 8:45pm..at a gas station.(break maybe). By 10:00pm, the tracking sw simply said “Sorry for the late delivery.”.. new delivery time scheduled for the following day by 10:00pm.
This is Not customer centric.
My expectation would be that when a delay happens, the package should be early next day delivery. Not 24 hours latter. I chase same day delivery for a reason!
