While typing this I’m literally shivering and scared out of my wits, I boarded a TATA neu bus from xyz platform. Being from delhi I had no idea about the locations here hence I hooked on to whatever stop that was allocated to me, I reached the boarding tym well before the boarding time which was 12:35 precisely, and I found myself standing in the middle of the highway in some shaddy hotel amidst truck drivers who seemingly drunk were staring me like they’ve never seen a women in their life, in all my years I’ve never been as scared as I was today, but what scared me more was not the odd timing but the response I got from the tata neo bus driver and the customer care guy, who’s call I also recorded, jack the lad I don’t give a fuck attitude of the people addressing the customers made me feel very unsafe and I started questioning my decision to board a bus at that hour. Finally at around 1 the bus arrived and entered without uttering a word to the driver, the absolute careless attitude of the bus drivers and the customer care person was absolutely disgusting and tried to justify everything.
