I’m raising a complaint against your company as my last 2 orders one is Xiaomi Powerbank (403-4284311-3796331) and a book “I too had a Love story ”(403-3400035-8127532). Powerbank was a late delivery even though when it ordered it has said that it was guaranted delivery by 21 July by 9pm. It was around 6-7pm of 22nd July I got. Guess what it a completely different Powerbank of another company(Intex) and that too a old one. Second one is the book which had to delivered by yesterday, that too late and now the notification came from amazon that the product the book is damaged so it can’t be delivered . All of this ordered was for my Anuja in Chennai as she is going for trip for 10days. So it was urgent order and You guys completely ruined it. And one more thing the boy who was delivering the Powerbank called me and her saying that thr location of delivery is too far so you better take it from near by office. Worse that POOR service by all means by everyone. Take it as a serious issue. I know you are gonna refund and all but I need an explanation for this and you should compensate otherwise I’ll look for other means to this to next level
