i had purchased a samsung s9 from airtel.

and intended to pay all the emi’s to federal bank as the loan i got from airtel was with the bank.

i intend to pay emi on time with no delay.

but today i was checking my cibil score and to my astonishment , my cibil score was decreased as it showed i had not paid the due amount on november, december and january .

it was not my fault as i was unaware  and never asked to pay the emi’s on that period as loan is to be paid through airtel postpaid bills only.

You never gave me a bill with your due amount(emi for the loan) for november , december and january. and whatever bill you gave me, i paid it with no delay.

so, clearly its not my fault . please update your system because its decreasing my cibil score and credibility as its showing 3 missed payments from your behalf.

i am attaching the screenshot also. please look at this matter and justify this issue otherwise i need to appeal for a legal action for degrading my credibility.

And as per telephonic conversation with federal bank,it said Airtel is responsible for this , contact them. So i am writing this last mail to your company as if i didnt get any response from your side about the matter this time , If this issue doesnt get solve, i will definately take some legal actions against your company. 

So this is my last warning to your company to settle the issue other wise legal action would be taken as due to this missed payments , my cibil score got reduced. And you are solely responsible for the loan rejections i might face in the future with my current cibil score of 690 ,which was reduced from 830 due to your mistaken penalty.

So,i am really not going to suffer this law. Its better if we settle the matter outside the court. Otherwise it will definately mark a big black spot on your company.
