This is a strong complaint against sudden cancellation of our alliance air flight from diu to mumbai today.
What does one do when they cancel at the last moment. All our holiday mood spoilt by them by this act.
Who pays for the damages to be borne by us, by booking an expensive fare flight now, since I have to anyhow reach mumbai today. I am a doctor and I have got cases lined up tomorrow morning.
Do they give us a complete refund when we cancel our tickets at the last moment. At that time they give us nothing.
Never again in my life will I book alliance air. Seems they will also get finished like Jet airways.
Feel sorry for them.
