Text of Complaint by Kannan Piedy:

From 30th of March to 5th april, and then again from 9th may to 11th may and then again now from the 24th of June till date. No internet service and no way to raise a complaint.

Anyway of raising complaints directs to the App and the app mentions outage in are and that the engineers are working on it, but doesn’t lodge a complaint or request for the same.
