Last 4 time connect with customer service team and physically visit Airtel store 5 time but till now my phone service not active. Airtel send bill full amount but issue not resolved till now.
My problem is internet service and phone connection totally off many time visiting Airtel store temporarily on phone connection or internet. Till now I’m unable to call, but if call fixed then internet access off.
Airtel store suggest change my sim past 2 time in a week.
Many time I registered complaint against the issue. No one can respond, but every month bill processed as my plan select.
Why I’m facing the problem? And if admit any issues with your side then why I’m going to pay full amount of bill.
I need proper solution or refund my last month bill and current month bill amount until issue not resolve.
Do the needful.
