My name is Vikas kumar Jha, I have been using PayTM postpaid from last 4-5 months now and this was the first time that I was unable to pay the due amount due to October being the month of many festival this year, hence it was in my convenience to pay the due amount in November although it may charge some extra charge or fine from me. I received the first call from the PayTM postpaid partner Aditya Birla finance after failing to pay my due amount , I explained to the guy on call about my situation and assured him the payment in the first week of November he told me about the one charge/fine which will increase my due amount and I was ok with it and he suggested me to pay little amount in between if possible to avoid the charge and i did same by paying 2000 rupees somehow last week of October. After two days they started to call me 2-3 times a day asking for payment there tone and rash language increased by day went by , they have tortured me mentally and today when I paid my due amount there is total fine of 1500 rupees on my due amount which massive and after my payment i received a call from their side and was rash talked again by a woman who didn’t knew that i have already paid by me 30 minutes before.
The treatment by them has impacted me mentally < please help me and save others.
