I purchased Asus laptop from Flipkart on 22-Nov-22
On 30-Nov-22 i discovered touchpad issue in laptop
I called customer service support
The gave me troubleshooting tips
After that they provide me BIOS update of this laptop
Still the problem persist
As I purchased this laptop recently and quite as it is
I request you to kindly replace this laptop.

I said your seller is selling second hand product.
The on-site warranty people said they are going to open this laptop and see the components (hardware)
