Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a laptop (Dell Inspiration 5300) on 21 August 2020 from Amazon India. Initially the laptop came with the RAM of 8 GB and it has exclusively mentioned that the RAM can be upgraded to 16 GB. Currently I need to upgrade my RAM to 16 GB and I approached to DELL and they said this laptop cannot be upgraded to 16 GB. The maximum RAM this laptop can accommodate is 8 GB. I am not able to run my simulation software with 8 GB ram. I only purchased this laptop in an intention to upgrade to 16 GB in future. Therefore, I have been cheated by Amazon by selling a wrong product to me. Now they are saying to talk DELL and DELL is saying to talk amazon. Both are playing with me no one is addressing my Problem.
