I tried to return a Dell laptop (with order I’d 407-7417060-8517929) on the same day of ita purchase from Amazon. However, to my surprise, Amazon executive told me that the return policy has completely changed without any notification. I am not able to return the product even on the same day of purchase even though I don’t like the product at all. When I tried to return the product, I also noticed that exectly same laptop is available at a lessor price by 2500 on Amazon itself. I feel cheated for thia product on account of multiple reasons. However, Amazon executives are not able to respond and resolve the issue. Hence writing this complaint.
