Dear Team,
I have purchased Laptop from Amazon on 29th Oct and after few days when i started using it i found it to be faulty and raised complaint with amazon for same.
amazon has sent engineer to verify the fault and they confirmed its faulty and asked me to raise a return request.
after that i have raise 7 request for return and every time its failed have called amazon several times but they are not providing any resolution so i have now decided to reach consumer forum for the resolution .
