Text of Complaint by Rahul:

I have been following up with flipkart for replacement of my product but they are not helping.
Bought my laptop on 30th July and there was sound problem and microphone problem then i asked hp brand for troubleshooting and after faliure attempts they arranged tech visit itself.
Then they checked and found the problem in that and sealed the laptop in box along with all accessories and ​provided the DOA Letter for replacement then i contacted to flipkart and shared them DOA letter.
But they have given 16th aug date for Techvisit which is already done by hp and i am already showing them proof but still they are not updating in their system and not providing replacement and telling me to wait till 16th of AUG.
Flipkart Technician will visit to my doorstep and check that again which is much time taking and also hp brand had advised me not to open the seal of packed laptop. So i am so annoyed. Nobody is here to help
