I bought a laptop from amazon, I’m facing some manufacturing defect on this so I complaint on lenovo they provided me sevice denial letter and told me to contact amazon for replacement Than I contact Amazon and shared all details. They said to me that they got approval for refund, but they didn’t pickup my laptop yet its more than 2 months and lenovo sealed my laptop they wasted my time and money
