Hi,
I had purchase online laptop, Model no. 3593
But the product have found worth, laptop was over heating & battery back was very poor,
Therefore we had to raise replacment for the same .
2nd time we had received replacement laptop with wrong model no ( P75F913) & defective pc and same Problem facing as per Previous laptop,
Than finally we have rasie the request for return dated 5th Sep. But till date, there is no revert and no return of the product. Since than we are been chasing Amazoncustomer care, but they too hang up the call.
Need an immediate action to be taken for the same.
