Hello, this is samruddhi bankar. My laptop has has an issue for the past 7 months. It gets power off directly and does not start till it is taken to the service center. This issue has occurred for 7 to 8 times till now I have to visit the service center every now and then. The motherboard is being changed 2 to 3 times and the battery also 1time. At that time my laptop was in warranty and the service center people used to say now the problem will not come. but it used to happen again and again. Now my warranty period is coming to an end. I need some permanent solution for the laptop. I would like my laptop to be replaced as this is high time. It’s been just one year for the laptop and clearly this is a damaged piece. i would like you to take some action asap and replace this laptop.
