This is in reference with courier that was delivered from Pune to Nagpur. I booked the courier from DTDC Sadashiv Peth branch on 06/04/2022. My laptop was delivered in damaged condition, the screen of laptop is completely damaged. The courier partner is saying that we are not liable for the damage because we didn’t know in what condition the laptop was and they have not received any such complaint till date. They ignored my claim and said that they won’t help in the matter. I want to file complaint against DTDC Sadashiv Peth branch for the damaged done to laptop and for not responding to complaint.

This is in reference with courier that was delivered from Lucknow to Bangalore. I booked the courier from DTDC Aashiyana branch on 03/11/2022. My laptop was delivered in damaged condition, the back of laptop is damaged. I asked twice nothing should happen to laptop and it should be send with proper care , the company said its their daily thing and now the company asking me to pay the amount for the same.
