Sir,
I had opted for port out in the beginning of oct month but i was called by airtel people who lured me that instead of 399 rupees you will be given spl discount and your bill would come around 234 a month and you will get 25 gb data per month
But to my surprise when i after some days checked my airtel app i saw 200gb lapsed from my account i raised a complaint after which i was told that i have downgraded my plan to 299 that i had never requested.
Even after many escalations airtel people has one reply that is we are sorry can’t give you back 200gb data.
They even went up luring that 25gb woupd be given to you… This is rediculous .
