Text of Complaint by Sasidhar Reddy:

I lost Internet connectivity on 31/08/2020. I complained but till now it has not been resolved. Daily am calling 121, they gave me all false assurances, first they told it will resolve by1/9/2020, then 3/9/2020, then 6/9/2020 and now 9/9/2020. Is this the professionalism of airtel?? Is this how how they mentally torture the customer by blatantly lying to them??? I have paid 3 months advance rent, I lost 10 days of connection, who is going to compensate me?  My complaint or SR number is 121381224
