Im the subscriber of a Airtel connectivity in the name of Afreen begum, Landline number 040-48533672 and registered Mobile number 9000786456.
I wish to bring to your kind of notice the unsatisfactory service for airtel landline, 2 years ago I purchased Airtel broadband with landline and DTH at my office I never faced an issue, when covid 19 pandemic started situation were work from home which needed WiFi. I referred many of my friends and relatives for Airtel broadband.
On contacting your customer care, one Mr.shaym gives an excuse that due to lockdown he is working from home and cannot help remotely, I failed to understand his logic. Prices is the burning problem at present, I also have act fiber net and Jio broadband at my other office with free landline but did not faced by such problems, Act fiber net and Jio are taxing a low tax per month while compare to Airtel plans, I failed to understand why airtel is not providing landline.
My brother has a senior citizen whose timepass is watching TV and landline calls to his friends and relatives, he is not able to do a calls you only provided landline number but not landline, I want landline too.
Im valid customer of Airtel, I never wrote a such problems to Airtel, I wrote to Hathway for the poor services, my earnest request to kindly resolve issue as soon as possible. If you fail to provide me landline via courier, please disconnect my Airtel broadband from my home and from my office and Ill also say the same to my friends and relatives about your services.
