Dear Airtel Team
My Landline 0172-4082745, registered under Mr Gajendra Kumar Batra, is under breakdown from 28th April 2022.
Contacted 121 from registered mobile 9781602745 multiple time but no response yet. Number of an engineer was shared by Customer care but he does not lift the call after repeated calls / SMS since 28th April – Sanjay – 84481 96192.
Yesterday submitted a request with Customer Care Executive Mr Ashish Kumar in evening for Disconnection of the number, with complaint reference – 1003544309.
