Hi,
My landline number is 02240130523. I have recently migrated to the 5G services Airtel is providing in our area. In the last 2 months this is the second outage we are having which is more than 5 days continuously. As a consumer, it is very frustating to pay for the service and not get it for a long period. This time also the service is down from 17th Jan. Need a compensation for the same. The earlier outage was in Dec 2018 which lasted for 9 days. Request someone to look into it and help us getting better services and refund for the period when the services are not working.
