My land Land line number is 04443563386. From 24.11.2021 onwards the said land line with broadband is not working. I have made repeated complaints in customer care from 24.11.2021 onwards. But on my complaint airtel engineers are not taking care of the issue. They simply registered the complaint in in Complaint No.140111862 but so far past eight days issue is not yet resolved. I made repeated complaints from 24.11.2021 and on each and every day they used to assure that sorry, they escalate the issue to higher officials, they will solve the issue on the same day. The defective service of airtel caused much hardships and the false assurance provided by the customer care of airtel caused mental agony to me.
