They don’t update that the money is received, product is dispatched and any tracking details. I received the product in a very worst condition. Inside the saree had blue ink kind of marks. and it seemed very old saree also. When i messaged them, no response from whatsapp. Just got a reply stating that it is just thari marks from instagram, then no reply. There are marks in many areas not in a single place. How can that saree will be uses with marks on it? Regreting badly. Don’t know where to complaint. Writing this, don’t order from them. There is no term called customer service and professional ethics to them. I prefer buying from genuine people. At least, if they responded to my polite messages and apologized stating no return and this and that, I would have left it. Literally very bad to feel foolish after buying from them. Don’t get cheated as like me.

Really dis-appointed on there service, the worst service i can say.
My order id 38190 we ordered on 26 July; our function is on 18 Aug; but till now we have not received our order; we call to there admin to ask the status; in between the communication they are disconnecting the call.
Now you are telling me to choose another saree; the one which I ordered they told is in production first; then why in online its shows in stock;
Now, that new communication received today in WhatsApp the saree got damaged; they send another saree photo to choose.
this is not at all a good service.
