Text of Complaint by Monisha Praveen kumar:

On August 16 I ordered Nikki kalrani saree from Lakshmi boutique.. They sent me totally different saree.. wrong colour..I have asked for exchange through their WhatsApp.. no response from them.. no Instagram replies, no way to contact them.. I get frustrated after trying more than 5 days.. I need a refund of my money..

    This is Kavitha. I’m an advocate. I see many complaints in this section. I’m personally affected by their unethical behavior and their lack of response to customers. I’m going to file a case on this. So Kindly reply if this problem has not been sort. Let’s see the power of customers.
