I ordered a saree for my wife on jun 20th 2023,till now not received, no response from them in any of the platforms

I ordered saree on June 4th, until July 27 i haven’t received saree.
I have done so many online orders but this seller is BIG Fraud. No response even after checking with them whatsapp or Instagram.
They have time to upload youtube videos but not checking on customer complaints

U cannot just wash away as fake coment i ordered a saree from ur website and no response from your end till now. once the payment is done there is no order confirmation or tracking of order through your website. do u think people will sit idle lossing there hard earned money. What kind of tracking system do you provide with ur website just to steal the money?
