We ordered 3 tops for 799 from lady vibes site on COD basis. We received the order today. As we open it.. the clothes are filthy, dirty, torn and old. This is really disgusting. They are making fools of everyone. Severe measures are to be taken against them. We need our refund. As I tried to contact the customer care to return the product. They asked me to install app which forwards sms from my mobile to their PCs. As I questioned about it, they cut the call. They are fraud. I want refund.
