I purchased a ladies suit from Roshni Chikankari through online mode as per advertisement displayed on Instagram. The suit which was showing online was looking very good. After ordering and chatting with the vendor, I purchased it at Rs.1650 by paying money online. When I receive the delivery of the suit, the quality was very poor and also it was not similar to the actual one which I seen online.
On my request to return it, the vendor refused immediately but after much persuasion, the vendor told to get it collected from my residence and payment will be credited within 48 hrs. Now when I am contacting them, they are not responding to my messages.
Request you to kindly look into it and get my money refunded.
