I have purchased wakefit napper 3 seater sofa on 10th January 2022. Which was delivered on Jan 23rd. The product was damaged, one of the supporting wood was broken. I recently identified when I tried to install protection cover on it. I tried reaching customer service both wakefit and pepperfry from March 2nd, neither of them is responding. I felt raising a complaint will make them work effectively and such problems will not be faced by any other consumer.
