1. I could not able to transit in tata sky as per new TRAI guidelines.
2. On 20.06.2019 Customer care requested for Rs 100 payment to make the account active and then select pack from mytatasky.com.
3. Did the same and also did the recharge of Rs 784 on the same day.
4. However no change in pack took place.
5. Made call to their customer care executive but no help received from 20. 06.19 till date.
6. Today again when called the company representative, they asked for another recharge of Rs 100 as the account is again deactivated.
7. Questions from the company representative
Do they have any professionalism in the work or just to make.money bhanu means from the customer.
Why the back office employees are reluctant the resolve the issue.
I think the change in policy is supporting the companies to make money from the users of rural background.
