We had done a booking for Sterling Nature Trails Sajan,Vikramgad Booking Id:1020355129 from 13th to 15th Aug .Due to the medical emergency of my son I was unable to travel on the said days .On 12th Aug ,I had sent an email to them along with all the supporting documents.
Inspite of we following up with the portal but there has been no response from the customer service desk of Agoda
