My internet speed stands at 0.5mbps as of when I’m typing this. The connection frequently keeps dropping. I do not have access to internet for doing work from home. I have done yearly payment and I’m getting this trouble of 0.5mbps instead of 10 mbps.
on calling the service guy it’s informed that there is no slot available for upgrade. On asking yo move to fiber he says it is under consideration and will let you know.
How are we supposed to work when our internet just doesn’t stand a chance.
