Text of Complaint by Kiran Anand:

That the said vehicle was handed over to your authorized service center on 25/12/2025 due to serious technical defects/issues, namely battery failure, Range of the vehicle dip down.
That despite repeated follow-ups, it has been informed that the vehicle repair will take approximately 30 days or more, which is unreasonable, excessive, and amounts to deficiency in service as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
That due to the prolonged delay in repair, it has suffered mental agony, financial loss, inconvenience, and loss of mobility, as the vehicle is required for daily personal/professional use.
That your failure to repair and deliver the vehicle within a reasonable time clearly reflects negligence, unfair trade practice, and breach of statutory and contractual obligations.
Immediate repair and delivery of the vehicle in proper working condition OR replacement, if the defect persists. Compensation towards mental agony, inconvenience, and loss of usage for the entire period of delay. Reimbursement of any incidental expenses incurred due to non-availability of the vehicle.

Therefore, I suggest, Complete the repair and hand over the vehicle within 7 days from the date of handover the vehicle to the service center or pay a compensation of ₹ [20000/-] towards delay, inconvenience, and losses suffered to me.
