Hello Jio Team,
I had Requested for your broadband service in Bhestan,Surat Gujarat Area, I have communicated with Jio Service provider of Bhestan and the authorise person visited my place (where I want to install Jio Fiber) and person stated the charges to me & I Agree to it and ask to start work and provide me connection.
On 12th August person came to visit & leave without doing anything. From that day till today 23rd August I did not get my connection & also on complaining to department/office No
Person reporting or doing anything, If I try to contact them directly they just say will look tomorrow and delaying dates.
I have a business to Run & without internet it difficult. Please share my complaint to direct authorities or else I have to bond up with other providers.
