Text of Complaint by C.G. BALAJI:

I am currently holding mobile no. 9840891704 under CUG group. Yesterday i had requested for a fresh sim card for the same number and had procured a new sim and uploaded the same onto the phone. Till now it is not activiated, you AIRTEL hub person has no clue on the process without any knowledge putting the customer without any service now for nearly 24 hours. Unable to understand a professional service taking 24 hours to activate the sim
