Dear Sir/ Ma’am

This is to complaint about very bad quality of reception of airtel phone service. I had called the customer service tollfree number for past few days, but got no reply. But while making a call to airtel the phone has got high reception. Only 2 bars of range is shown and its the maximum. Could you please look into detail about the reception and range of any tower located in Vazkhala Kochi. It is very much difficult to use the phone due to no much connection, if it continues would like to change the airtel services.
