I have appreciated Airtel services during my stay in India as a diplomat.However, when I sought to return a router that is around 1 year old, while canceling my account, I was told it is disposable. When i question that I am told with a shrug that they will dispose of it for me. In other words you have no e-waste management policy or reuse of equipment. Let’s all dump it in the ocean… That is deplorable.
