Good day Sir/Ma. l noticed that inspite of all my data subscriptions and usuage ; I have not been that Lucky to get bonuses from you.
I am often amazed when some of my close friends confirm to me how they enjoyed Airtel bonuses on their data usage.
Pls, what is therefore happening to my own line.
I needed to make this complain before knowing what to do next. This is a Line I have been using for many years.
