Text of Complaint by Aheed:

I ordered a queen sized bed on 17th June. The order wa supposed to arrive by 25th but despite hundreds reminder to tell me the status of the delivery the bed came in dismantled form on 30th june. The delivery service appointed by gozefo asked me to pay the entire amount of 8000 while the customer care number told me the carpenter would be issued in 2-3 days. It has been 7 days now with no information on the carpenter recruitment by the company. It feels I’m cheated and looted. The company should attend to this on priority basis. I had send innumerous reminders on their customer care which have been giving me assurances occassionally that my order will be fulfilled soon.
