It has been 8 weeks since I have asked for basoc clarity from Fi team about prrof of the forex charges and tax collected on my transactions. This is basic information that I am owed as a tax paying citizen. I have received no clarity except for escalations promising a redressal asap. The company has used random forex rates, and given no au to figure out the charges and taxes from the statement.
