I booked a bus from delhi to chandigarh on 16 jan,2023 at 1:50 p.m.i reached the boarding spot on time…i waited for around 30 minutes and later i found out that the bus was cancelled.the operator plus the website service didnt informed me on time and i suffered time loss and the company didnt provide me with any alternate solution.i want strict actions against them so that it never happens again to any other passenger
