have ordered the 5 bra panty set and I have received the completely different products it and totally damaged …And now i am not able to return it or take refund of it… Completely different product or damaged product

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved. Fraud they showing 8bra 8panty but I received only only 3 bra I want return this order
