Patient’s name- ASHA,
Lab ID- 156645187
Sample collection date and time- 7th May, 2021; 10:00AM
Test names- CBC, KFT, LFT, D DIMER, CRP, IL-6
Only CBC report released on 8th May, 2021 in the noon.
Most of these tests’ reports are released within 12 hrs. But in my case, it has been more than 2 days (as on 9th May 2021; 1:00PM). Still no certainty when they’ll be released. Customer care executives are asking us to wait. No definite deadline given.
Effects- delay in treatment, mental agony, lot of time wasted in taking to customer care executives.
I want justice. I want my reports to be released today only and want the company to pay for the delay and the mental agony caused.
