Text of Complaint by Hana:

It’s been so long since I have ordered my scrubs from Kyna Med online– I placed the order on 25th August and it is now October 3rd and I have been given no transparency via email or phone calls or web updates on where this order has gone. At this point, I’m quite done with their company’s lack of customer service and follow through and would like a refund but even that won’t be granted to me because customer service doesn’t get back. I keep getting feedback mails from that tone deaf company as if they want to rub salt on my wound. Terrible company, order scrubs elsewhere unless you want to be cheated off your money.
