I received a message from IDFC Fast-tag stating that my KYC is not complete (after 2 yrs of using the Fast-tag). I uploaded the requisite documents on the portal post which I received a rejection email. I took it up with the customer service team and have been asked to share multiple documents without any closure. I am forced to take cabs because my Fast-tag has very little balance. I have been following up on this issue for over 1 month now without any sense of resolution of my problem
