I had to complete my KYC of paytm by My Adhar Card at the nearest Kyc centre to make payments thorugh Paytm. Paytm clearly states that no fee should be paid for kyc. It is totally free. But when I went to Kyc centre at Arbuda communication Near Shivalik ,Ratanpura Gam, Vastral, Ahmedabad. they asked for charges of 20 rupees. I told him that kyc is totally free. After hearing this they misbehaved that if you want kyc verification you have to pay otherwise you can go.
