I have ordered for 9 laxmi kurtis on 18 April 2023 and made payment of Rs.1455… payment has gone to sunshine trading. However, I have not received the items till now. Sent emails twice to Tradingmystical@gmail.com also regarding the order status. No reply. I understand that payment gateway is provided by razorpay.
Request authorities to help getting my money back or items to be delivered as per order
