Complaint on Kurlon mattress. I brought this mattress in month of 21/03/2018 from Anu furniture chandanagar Hyderabad 500050 telangana. So I raise complaint stating that due to mattress we were having sleepless night and full body pains which giving problems in spinal cord and neck. I broke my hand when I tried to get up from my bed I took support of my right hand so the bed went to deep that I lost my balance n put my weight on my hand which dislocated. My and my wife suffering from body pains and neck pains. So when I raised complaints about bed they requested picture of bed to be 1.5 inch. It’s was close to 1.5 inch in one place another four sides it’s was 1.2 inches. but when I and my wife sleeps bed goes to deep.which giving us trouble in sleep and breathing. But this kurlon doesn’t want to repair or replacement my bed. If we continue sleep someone in my family will have spinal cord issue. Please help us to get it repaired or replaced it??
