I had purchased a KTM bike from Popular Motor Corporation and below are the concerns.
1 : NO RSA : I was informed that i would be getting RSA with the bike but recently when i reached out to RSA they informed me that there is no RSA registered with my bike
2 : NO RC : I had requested for a custom number and i was informed by Mr. Anil that he will arrange a custom number and hand over the RC to me, Now its been almost a year and i have not received the RC of my bike.
3 : Headlight Assembly ISSUE : The headlight assembly has been damaging the front suspension, even though i have informed the service center, they are least bothered and told me that thats how its suppose to be.
