Text of Complaint by Sajan:

I am getting electricity bills in every two months. The bill amount we are getting is nearly 1700 – 1800 . But after getting the last month bill, my father just checked the meter to check the reading, the meter doesn’t shows any reading at that time. Immediately my father went to our KSEB office at haripad and asked about this issues, At that time one officer told that our meter was not working since May/June month, so the bills we received after that was just an approximate amount calculated by KSEB . The main point and complaint that we have the billing person didn’t told as since last 6-7 months that our meter is not working, so give a complaint regarding this to KSEB office. They are regularly coming and making a bill as per their own calculations. Not at all it comes as per our usage.

So kindly take this as a serious issue from KSEB side, lack of communication and we paid bill amounts since 7-8 months wothout any proper meter readings. We need a proper refund from KSEB and need to take proper/disciplinary actions to those who didn’t inform us(as a customer) that our meter was not working. And made fake bill amounts.
